In support of our neighbors affected by the wildfires, Avalon Beverly Hills is here to provide comfort and care during challenging times. Our hotel is extending exclusive discounted rates for those displaced, waiving amenity fees, and offering additional support services to ease your stay.
Stays Include:
Our Proper Giving Initiative donates 1% of our time, hotel space, and management fees towards local communities. This quarter, 100% of these funds are allocated to wildfire relief. Additionally, our guests can add a $5 donation to their folio at checkout or through F&B outlets.
We’re proud to partner with 501(c)(3) organizations like the California Fire Foundation and World Central Kitchen to support wildfire relief efforts, while also donating all 2024 pet fees to the Canine Rescue Club to aid animals affected by the fires.
Rules & Restrictions:
This offer is available exclusively to individuals or families displaced by the Los Angeles wildfires, with proof of displacement, such as FEMA documentation or insurance claims, required. Reservations must be made between January 14 and February 28, 2025, with stays occurring between January 14 and March 31, 2025. A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required to qualify. Rates are fixed per night for stays up to 3 weeks, and bookings of 4 or more weeks receive an additional 10% discount. Weekly payments are required. The cancellation policy allows for flexible cancellations up to 48 hours before check-in; however, early check-outs will result in a recalculation of the rate at the standard nightly rate if the minimum stay requirement is not met.
